✅Terms & Conditions of Use
- Check-in Requirements: Guests must present the original approved application and the payment receipt to the Bungalow Caretaker upon arrival.
- Utility & Service Charges: Costs for water and electricity must be paid directly to the Caretaker, and an official General 172 receipt must be obtained. Please use utilities sparingly. Additional fees apply for the use of linens.
- Dining: Guests providing their own ingredients may request meal preparation services from the staff for a nominal service fee.
- Capacity: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit of the bungalow.
- Property Care: Guests are requested to protect the physical property, including plants and trees. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the applicant.
- Prohibitions: Hosting parties, functions, or large gatherings within the bungalow premises is strictly prohibited.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretary of the Chief Ministry at least 07 working days prior to the reserved date.
- Payments are non-refundable. However, in unavoidable circumstances, a request to reschedule the stay within the same calendar year may be considered (subject to availability).
- The Ministry reserves the right to cancel a booking on short notice due to urgent official requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
